My Priceline Cosmetics Sale Wishlist

Hey Guys

So hopefully you all know that on Wednesday and Thursday this week (18th & 19th of November) there will be the semi annual 40% off of cosmetics sale at Priceline.

I have developed a wishlist of items and thought I would share it here with you. Most of the products I have not tried and can't share a review of them, but I do always try to read up on items before I purchase them.

Brushes

So I have been looking at adding better quality brushes to my collection, to slowly replace all of my eBay brushes. I have two Models Prefer brushes currently and I really like the quality of them.

I am really after a new highlighting brush as my current one makes the highlighter quite thick and noticeable, so much so that I have to blend with a clean brush after. I have heard great things about this brush so fingers crossed I can find it in stock somewhere!

I thought this brush looked like a perfect eyeshadow blending brush which is always necessary.

I love foundation and I love trying out new foundation brushes. Either of these brushes look perfect to add to my growing collection.

I am not 100% certain that this brush set is included in the sale but I thought I would pop it on my wishlist regardless. These brushes look adorable and I always enjoy the Nude by Nature range.

Face

I absolutely love my Rimmel Stay Matte Primer but I am always on the look out for something slightly better. I have really enjoyed everything I have tried from Models Prefer so far and thought that this primer sounded perfect for me.

I have heard some amazing things about this primer and I figured that at 40% off it would be a perfect time to try it out.

I have always loved the oily/combination liquid version of the Revlon Colorstay foundation. I thought maybe I would try something different and pick up the whipped version of the foundation.

My skin has actually been really good lately but I would love to have a full coverage concealer in my collection for the bad skin days.

I recently finished up my Australis Setting Spray so I thought it was time to try this one from Models Prefer.

I probably will not end up getting all of these items, but I thought I might as well add them to a wishlist to share with all of you. What are you thinking of picking up in the Priceline sale?

Review: Models Prefer Essential Brow Kit

Hey Lovelies

I have had this brow kit for a while so I thought that I should share my thoughts on it with you. I purchased this during a 40% off cosmetics sale at Priceline  (haul here), this retails for $12.99AU but I purchased it for $7.79AU.

This little kit is quite small so I think it would be great for travel, it feels sort of sturdy but then also like it could accidentally open and you could misplace the tweezers and brush. As mentioned, the kit does come with a super cute mini tweezers and brush which is great if you are using this on the go or for travelling. I would prefer to use my own brush and tweezers at home but this is definitely a great alternative if you have no other options. The kit contains a tinted wax on the left and a powder on the right.

I picked up the kit in medium to dark however there is light to medium version as well. Obviously this is not going to suit everybody but I am fortunate that the medium to dark does a decent job of matching my brows.  The back of the kit states -
All the tools you need for perfect eyebrows! Shape brows using the tweezers. Define them using the tinted wax and then fill the sparse areas with the powder.

I could be completely wrong here so please forgive me, but I prefer to fill in my brows with powder and then finish them off with wax as I find that the wax makes them stay in place, I would not want to mess with that by putting powder on top. At least that is the way that I prefer to do my brows, in no means am I an expert, I just go with what I find works best for me personally.

Overall I do like this kit, I think it is really great for travelling. I probably prefer just using a pencil on my brows because they are quite full so I don't tend to do a lot to them. But it is nice to have this in my drawers for when I feel like doing something different.

Priceline 40% off Cosmetics Haul

Hey Lovelies

It is a little late now but I wanted to share with you what I purchased from the recent Priceline 40% off cosmetics sale.

I absolutely love when Priceline has their 50% off cosmetics sale. I pretty much keep a list of things that I want to try but am not willing to pay full price for so 40% off is a great time to pick up such things. I am trying to curb my spending currently so I feel like I was very restrained during this sale (the first one I went to I spent over $200, whoops haha).

I picked up two blushes in this sale even though I originally had told myself I would be purchasing no more blushes. My blushes no longer all fit in my blush compartment so my addiction is getting a little crazy. Unfortunately for me, the new Max Factor Creme Puff Blush had arrived in Priceline. I had really wanted Nude Mauve but of course that was completely sold out, so rather than purchase it later when it was no longer on sale I opted to pick up Lavish Maude. Lavish Maude is a lovely purple brown pink shade, crazy to describe but looks absolutely stunning in the pan. Despite the name these blushes are actually baked powder blushes and not a cream blush. They retail for $21.95AU but was on sale for $13.17AU. I also went past the Savvy display at Priceline and the blushes caught my eye. They were only $4.99AU regularly! I had to resist from picking them all up but I did grab one in the shade Nude. This was on sale for only $2.99AU.

I told myself I would purchase no new eye shadows unless they were cream eye shadows, I actually managed to stick with this rule. I picked up another new release from Max Factor which was their Excess Shimmer Eyeshadow. These looked absolutely stunning and seemed like a slightly creamier version of the color tattoos by Maybelline. Shade 20 Copper went straight into my basket. These retail for $19.95AU but was on sale for $11.97AU.

Australis Fresh and Flawless Pressed Powder really does this even need to be mentioned? I absolutely love this powder and continue to pick up extras when they are on sale. I will always have a back up on hand. Read more about this powder here. This retails for $11.95AU and was on sale for $7.17AU. A new one from Australis however was their Blemish Buster Primer, I am always up for a new primer that will help to keep my skin clear and calm. This retails for $16.95AU but was on sale for $10.17AU.

Lastly I picked up two new brushes from Models Prefer as they were included in the sale and I have a thing going for makeup brushes at the moment, the more the merrier. I wanted a new base brush as my RT buffing brush has seen better days, so I picked up the BB Brush which retails for $22.99AU but was on sale for $13.79AU. Along with the foundation brush I wanted a larger concealer brush for under my eyes, so I felt the Airbrush Concealer Brush was a good choice. That brush retails for $12.99AU but was on sale for $7.80AU.

Priceline 40% off Skincare, Suncare & Tanning Haul

Hey Lovelies

A quick impromptu post today regarding my Priceline haul from yesterday. Priceline currently have 40% off Skincare, Suncare and Tanning items which ends today! It is online and instore however so if you don't have a chance to go in person get online. I am trying to be restrained with my purchases at the moment so I was good and only purchased three items, two back ups and one new item that was recommended by some lovely ladies.

This was a recommendation from some ladies on an instagram beauty facebook group and I was told that this is great for acne. I sadly am still suffering from spots that turn into horrible scars. This is a natural treatment so I am hoping that it wont break me out! I am excited to try out this product and I will give you my thoughts on it once I have properly tested it. This retails for $26.99 AU for 30g but was on sale for $16.19 AU.

I am just about to finish my first tub of this cream and so I jumped at the chance of purchasing this again whilst on sale. I really like this cream, it contains sacilyic acid which is great for my acne prone skin. It is also oil free and non-comedogenic so I find that it does not break me out which is rare for my skin. This retails for $19.99 AU for 50g which does last a couple months for me, but was on sale for $11.99 AU.

I really really love this toner, this is my third bottle as I have just opened up my second bottle so this sale came at a perfect time to grab another one. This is a huge 250ml bottle so it does last a long time but I use it day and night religiously so it is necessary to have a back up but I have always managed to find it on sale. This retails for an inexpensive $14.99 AU but was on sale for $8.99 AU.

Priceline Haul - 40% off Cosmetics

Hey Guys

In case you didn't know already, Priceline is having its massive 40% off cosmetics sale today and tomorrow so the 18th and 19th November. I wanted to get this post up super quick in case you were considering grabbing a few things so you can just have a peak at what I grabbed. I tried to be very restrained as I am trying not to buy too much before my holiday, it is so hard though. The amount of sales on today along is ridiculous! I only purchased the items this morning so this will just be a quick post.

Excuse the quality, I was so excited to do a post about it!

I had seen this pump bottle on Instagram and was thought it would be the perfect thing for my toner as I tend to pour out too much at once. This is just a simple push pump top which should limit spillage and all those kinds of things. This retails for $5.99AU and was not included in the sale.

This powder looked like a possible dupe for the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powders which retail for $59AU, I was unwilling to part with my money for those but these powders retail for $16.99AU each but were on sale for $10.19AU. I could not decide between the two so I picked up both Luminous Glow and Soft Focus (luminous glow is not listed on the website however!).

As per usual I had to pick up yet another blush, these looked really cute but I was surprised at how small they are. I grabbed Autumn Calling, all of the shades looked gorgeous however. This retails for $12.99AU but was on sale for $7.79AU.

I wanted to try a brow powder and wax rather than my typical pencil. I chose the kit in shade medium to dark and inside the compact it contains a wax, powder, brush and mini tweezers! This retails for $12.99AU but was on sale for $7.79AU.

I wanted to try another cream to powder foundation as it has been a while since I have owned one. I picked up this one by Australis in the shade Nude. This retails for $14.95AU but was on sale for $8.97AU.

The store I went to was out of stock of my typical Rimmel Stay Matte Primer and so I picked this primer up on a whim. It retails for $13.95AU but was on sale for $8.37AU.

I figured now would be a good time to purchase a backup of the lipliner I have been wearing ever other day. I grabbed the shade 06 Satin Mauve which goes perfectly with their Longlasting Lipstick in shade 06 Barely There! This retails for $2AU (anyone else notice the price increase on essence products?) and was down to $1.20AU.

Another backup as I have been absolutely loving this mascara. This is the only mascara I have been wearing since I purchased it! It retails for $17.95AU but was on sale for $10.77AU.

OPI Top Coat

I was not aware that Priceline sold OPI products but it must have been fate as my original top coat from OPI has gone a bit gluggy so could not have been better timing! This retails for $10AU but was on sale for $6AU.

Loreal Infalliable 24H Stay Fresh Foundation

Lets just say it, I get sucked in by social media reviews and particularly those on foundation. I could not resist picking this up after reading some very positive reviews on it! I picked up the shade 140 Golden Beige which I am hopeful will be a decent match. This retails for $31.95AU but was on sale for $19.17.

My little terror had to investigate everything ;)

Did you pick up anything in this sale? If you had your eye on something then now is definitely the time to grab it!

Review: Models Prefer Nude Eyeshadow Palette

Hey Lovelies!

So I purchased this on a whim after seeing a gorgeous photo of it on Instagram. I can hear the collective groaning, another nude palette, really?! Yes really! I am standing by my choice as I truly love this palette. Warning, this gets a bit picture heavy.

The Models Prefer Nude Eyeshadow Palette contains 10 neutral shades which are a combination of matte and shimmer formulas. Perfect nude palette alert? The shades are named and I will give each a quick description below.

Bare - this is a great highlighting shade as it is a yellowy beige matte shadow. Not hugely pigmented but not chalky.
Sand - a lovely shimmer light golden brown colour. Minimum fallout and well pigmented.
Golden - a yellow gold shimmer shade. Minimum fallout and decently pigmented.
Glisten - a brown shimmer shade. A bit more fallout but great pigmentation.
Earth - a dark brown matte shade with a tiny bit of shimmer particles. Bit chalky and somewhat pigmented.

Bliss - a champagne coloured shimmer shadow. Great pigmentation and buttery texture.
Natural - dusty pink matte shadow. Medium pigmentation and no fallout.
Desert - deeper champagne coloured shimmer shadow. Great pigmentation and minimum fallout.
Nature - dark brown matte shade. Good pigmentation and minimum fallout.
Willow - dark brown shadow with red glitter particles. Decent pigmentation and slight fallout.

I actually quite like the packaging of this palette. Black sleek outside which is not too bulky and quite a small size in comparison to the shades inside. There is a eyeshadow applicator inside which annoys me as who even used those anymore anyways! There is a large mirror which is handy if you had to apply this on the go or if you took it with you travelling. This would be great to travel with as it is such a small size and has so many shades which you could create many great eye looks with. There is even a guide on the back of how to create a great eye look.

This retails for $12.99 AU at Priceline but is not listed on the website but I have seen it in several stores. I really cannot recommend this palette enough if you are a lover of neutral shades. Almost all of the shades have great colour pay off and minimum fallout, there is 10 shades to choose from, with a combination of matte and shimmer, all for under $15. Not sure what else you could want really (apart from the removal of the horrible eyeshadow applicator, grr!).

Review: Essence Bloom Me Up! Shimmer Powder (LE)

Hey Lovelies!

Every Aussie blogger or Instagrammer has surely seen the new range out in Priceline from Essence Cosmetics. Included in the new range is a lovely highlighter called the Essence Bloom Me Up! Shimmer Powder in shade 01 Rose It Up! Essence seem to bring out a new highlighter in every other new trend edition, all of them are lovely quality for the low low price, this shimmer powder is no exception.

This is a lovely champagne leaning towards pink coloured highlighter that has very fine shimmer/glitter particles in the powder. However you manage to not look like a discoball when you apply this highlighter. This highlighter works for anywhere on the face, above the cheekbones, cupids bow or anywhere else you could possibly want to put it.

The packaging is simple, clear plastic outside which feels sturdy but I still would not want to drop it. The powder has a flower pattern embossed on the top of it, however in mine it is already starting to rub away. Not really an issue but I would almost want to not use it but the powder is so lovely I stress that it is ok to ruin the flowers!!

This retails for $5.75 AU and is limited edition, so if I were you I would run to Priceline and grab yourself one of these babies while you still can! GO!

Savvy by DB Pocket Rock It Duo

Hey Lovelies

If you follow me on Instagram you might have seen that a while ago I picked up this $5 Pocket Rock It pack from Savvy by DB from Priceline. These $5 packs were all over Instagram about a month or so ago.

My Priceline finally got them in stock and so I picked up the blush and cheek balm duo in shade Plumage. This shade appealed to me as I don't really have anything similar already, I am more of a coral/peach blush wearer typically. Both of these blushes are a pinky red/reddy pink colour which is absolutely stunning. The blush has a fair amount of shimmer particles in it though unlike the balm which has a more iridescent glow to it.

Wear time for both is around 4-5 hours on my oily skin, I just have to make sure to fully blend out the balm and set it with a powder. I usually pick a powder over a cream formula however I actually prefer the cheek balm to the powder, mainly because it is just a bit too much with the powder thanks to the insane amount of glitter.

For $5 you really cant go wrong, there are numerous packs which include eye products, lip products and face products. I am interested in the loose pigments and looking online it seems as though they are still available so I might just have to drop into my local Priceline to pick them up!

Review: Rimmel London Stay Matte Primer

Hey Guys

Priceline recently had 50% off all Rimmel products and of course I could not resist and had to have a look and see what caught my eye. I have heard good things about most of the Stay Matte range, I absolutely love the translucent Stay Matte powder. The BB cream and Mouse Foundation also have a large following. Mainly I was after another mattifying primer as my current one is causing breakouts. This primer was very cheap, it retails for only $13.95 and I purchased it for half price. The primer claims to perfect your skin whilst keeping it shine free for up to 8 hours.

The tube states that this is shade 003 however as far as I am aware this is the only shade available in Australia, I am unsure of whether there are different shades elsewhere. This is just a white colour primer that once blended becomes clear. I really like this primer, I think it does a decent job of controlling shine and I do not find any breakouts after having used this, however that could be because my previous primer appears to be the cause of my daily breakouts.

L-R: Blended Swatch, Heavy Swatch

This contains 30ml of product which is fairly typical for a primer, sometimes primers only contain 15ml so this is quite decent. You only need a pea size amount to cover the entire face. I don't think it is a holy grail product, but for the price I doubt you can find much better.

Priceline Haul with 2014 Skincare Goodybag

Hey Lovelies

I have done a bit of damage to my wallet lately and one decent dent was my (not so recent) Priceline purchases. Priceline do a range of goody bags at certain times of the year, usually one cosmetic, hair are and skincare. The last goody bag was the cosmetic bag which I skipped as there wasn't a whole lot I wanted in it. The skincare bag came up though and considering I was running low on skincare I decided it would be the perfect opportunity to replenish my stash. The deal required you to spend $65 on selected skincare in order to receive the free gift, I purchased mine online and ended up spending $100 to get free postage.

Skincare

I picked this cleanser up as a first cleanser for the nights that I double cleanse. I am not a huge oil fan so a cream cleanser seemed appealing and this one from SUKIN is sulphate and paraben free as well as suitable for all skin types. I purchased this for $7.99 for 125ml.

Lately my eye area has been really dry and concealer has not been going on well which is horrible because I have been in desperate need of concealer. I often forget to apply eye cream but my current eye cream has SPF in it which makes it more day than night. This 30ml serum cost $15.99.

My current clay mask has all but run out so I picked up this thermal detox mask as a replacement. I have some high hopes for this mask as I have seen heaps of people on Instagram using it. I also like the fact that it is a warming mask, I have tried at home cooling masks but nothing that heats up! This mask cost $15.99 for 100ml.

If you have not used this brand's face masks before then you are missing out. The little single use packs were popular among sleepovers back in the day. I couldn't help but add one of these masks to my cart. This 80ml mask cost $7.19.

Palmer's Eventone Fade Cream

This was something extra to add to my purchase in order to spend the $65 on skincare.  I mainly picked this up as I saw it contained Alpha Hydroxy which is somewhat effective at reducing pigmentation. Unfortunately my skin gets hyper pigmentation from the majority of spots I get so I am hoping that with continued use this cream will lighten the pigmentation. This 75g tub cost $13.59.

Haircare

Schwarzkopf Essence Ultimate Omega Repair Intensive Mask

I have just used up my Loreal hair mask which I was not all that impressed with so I decided to pick up another one which was on sale. This masks suits my current hair condition, damaged/depleted hair. This cost $11.99 for 200ml.

Schwarzkopf Nectra Colour

My hair is still partly ombre from my bleached ends not adhering to hair dye so I have picked up this hair dye in order to get my hair to be all one colour again! This was new and I am always intrigued by new hair dye, I have tried a lot of differnent ones. I picked up Chocolate Brown for $12.79.

Makeup

Essence Longlasting Lipstick

I picked this up mainly just because it was cheap and I wanted to make up the $100 for free shipping. I grabbed this in shade 07 Natural Beauty which is a lovely muted pink shade. Absolutely gorgeous and only retails for $4.10.

Essence Quattro Eyeshadow

I have talked about this previously here, so I wont go on about it. Mainly I just needed a back up as I have already hit pan on my other one! This retails for $5.35 and is shade 05 To Die For.

Chapstick Day and Night

Purchased a back up as I absolutely adore the Night Repair Lip Treatment in this kit. Was on sale for $6.39.

Skincare Goody Bag

I tried to get everything in one photo and it was a bit impossible. Also this came with a silver tote bag with a zip which I forgot to photograph as I am in the process of moving and it has things in it! Sorry

For reference this was everything that would not fit in one normal photo!

First Impressions: Skin Doctors Cosmeceuticals T Zone Oil Control Cleanser

Hey Guys

Today I wanted to share with you my thoughts on a new cleanser I have been using for the past two weeks. I know that it takes a while for our skin to adjust to new products which is why this is only a first impressions post, despite having used the product for two weeks. I have never used any products before from Skin Doctors Cosmecuticals but I purchased this cleanser during Priceline's 40% off skincare sale at the end of last year. The website does not have an 'about Skin Doctors' section on it so unfortunately I cant tell you much about the brand as I don't know very much about it.

The range I was interested in trying is the T Zone range, which is aimed at those of us with oily skin. I picked up the cleanser which is described as:
A paraben-free cleansing and balancing gel specifically formulated for skin prone to oiliness in the T-Zone. This cleansing gel contains the active ingredients EVERMAT and ACNACIDOL to deeply purify pores and cleanse and balance oily and combination skin.

First of all I have never heard of EVERMAT or ACNACIDOL  but I don't know much about skincare ingredients. I picked this up mainly because I wanted to try a new gel cleanser after using the Avene Soapless Gel Cleanser for a long time with multiple repurchases. This is a slightly foaming gel but it does not leave my skin feeling stripped of moisture, which is what I was half expecting coming from a product that aims to stop oil production. I have not really noticed a huge difference in the amount of oil on my face, unfortunately by mid day my face is still bound to be oily, particularly on makeup free days. Forgetting that it is aimed to stop oily skin, I do quite like this cleanser. It does not smell offensive and I enjoy the slightly lathering quality of it. The packaging is hopeless however, it is almost impossible to open the lid and then once you have the product spills out because it is in a soft tube.

I am hoping to see some better effects after longer continued use but I will continue using this until I finish it, but probably wont be repurchasing it. This retails for $29.95 for 150ml on the Skin Doctors Cosmecuticals website.

Mini Priceline Haul

Hey Guys

So I received a text message from Priceline services the other day informing me that I was 19 points away from receiving a larger quarterly gift voucher but the cut off was the last day of the month. Sadly this marketing tactic worked and I quickly found myself spending more money in Priceline. Another reason for this haul was to grab a clarifying shampoo as I had a ridiculous amount of product build up in my hair and my hair products weren't removing it. Onto the products..

This was only $7.99 AU and I really needed a clarifying shampoo to remove build up I have been suffering from lately. I don't typically choose Pantene products but I didn't have time to look for a higher end clarifying shampoo. I used this last night and I am really impressed with the results, my hair feels squeaky clean and hopefully will continue to feel that way for a couple more days rather than feeling greasy the next day.

I had seen this in Priceline during the 40% but resisted picking it up and I am glad I did as a larger range of Antipodes products can now be found at Priceline and currently at an introductory price! This mini set retails for $19.90 or $19.95 AU but I picked it up for $15.99 so not a huge saving but its something! I mainly wanted to try this set due to the Divine Face Oil that is included in it. I really wanted to purchase the full size but it retails for $33 AU on Adorebeauty, which is a lot for me to spend on a product I haven't read many reviews about. I do know a lot of people think highly of the NZ brand though. This set includes a 10ml sample of the Divine Face Oil and 15ml sample of the Vanilla Pod Hydrating Day Cream. I will do a full review on this when I have fully tested it out.

This is part of the Essence limited edition set Metal Glam which is exclusive to Priceline, I would recommend picking up what you wanted from that range soon as it says it is only available until April on the website! I am ashamed to say that I don't own any powder highlighters as I have found they are mainly limited editions released from drugstore brands and the rest are all liquid formulas. This is in the shade 01 Gold Digger and looks absolutely gorgeous so I am excited to test this out.

Have you picked up anything from Priceline recently?

Priceline Haul

So yesterday I visited Priceline to purchase some items during their infamous 40% off cosmetics sale which ran on Tuesday and Wednesday. I can never resist a sale and cosmetics is one of my (huge) weaknesses. I wanted to buy almost everything but I was restrained by my friend, I however managed to make her buy a lot of things (sorry!). I ended up with 8 items from 4 different brands. I will only quickly go over what I purchased as I plan on reviewing the items again once I have had time to test them out!

Revlon Colorstay Combination/Oily Skin Foundation

This is probably my third or possibly fourth bottle of this stuff, I have tried other foundations but I always come back to this. It is high coverage and will last forever on my oily skin, the only issue I ever had was the smell (still not fixed but can't complain too much) and the fact it didn't have a pump. We'll guess what it finally has a pump! It has had a pump for a while now actually, but because I always purchased online I was always sent the old version, it was well worth the extra few dollars to purchase the one with the pump however! This retails for $34.95 AU but the sale price was $ 20.97 AU.

Revlon Parfumerie Scented Nail Polish

I have been dying to purchase one of these scented nail polishes by Revlon for a long time and I decided that at 40% off it was the best price I was going to get for a while! I was planning on getting a nice dark winter shade, perhaps a royal blue or brown. But I could not find one that I particularly liked and the other shades were similar to ones I already own (damn having such a large nail polish collection) so I chose shade 040 Wintermint which is a lovely aqua blue that has gold flecks and blue glitter particles running through it. I have not smelled it yet as my nose is completely blocked so it'd a bit pointless, but regardless I am happy to own this shade which is unlike anything else I own. This retails for $15.95 AU but was on sale for $9.57 AU.

Maybelline Lasting Drama By Eyestudio Gel Eyeliner

I have not used a gel eyeliner in a really really long time and I decided that my pencil eyeliner just was not cutting it lately, so I quickly threw this in my basket without having seen any reviews or really giving it a second thought. I purchased this in the shade 950 Blackest Black and it comes with a brush and a pot of gel eyeliner. This retails for $16.95 AU but was on sale for $10.17 AU.

Maybelline Express Remover

I have been dying to get one of these pot nail polish removers ever since I had seen a Bourjois one featured on a lot of UK blogs. Surely enough they trickled into Australia and I now finally own one! This is a pot that contains sponges soaked in nail polish remover and the idea is that you twist your finger in the sponge and it removes your nail polish. I am sometimes a little slack and can take a while to remove chipped nail polish but I am hoping with this little addition it will make it a lot easier. This retails for $9.95 AU but I picked it up for the sale price of $5.97 AU.

Australis Make-Up Finishing Spritz

I have wanted to try an 'official' make up setting spray for a while to compare it to using thermal water in an aerosol can, which is what I currently use. I haven't read any reviews on this product but it contains Aloe Vera and Rose Water which sounds like nice added ingredients. I will see how this goes and keep you updated. This retails for $14.95 AU but was on sale for $8.97 AU for 150ml.

Bourjois Happy Light Ultra-Covering Concealer

I have read reviews on this concealer and it seems like the perfect cream concealer for myself, I also swatched this in store and was quite happy with it. It does only come in two shades and I purchased it in shade 23 Beige. I mainly need this to help my under eye area but it can also be used on blemishes so it is considered multi purpose. I will test this out and do a full review soon. This retails for $19 AU but I purchased it at the sale price of $11.40 AU.

Bourjois Delice de Soleil Bronzing Powder

This is probably the one product that I feel guilty about purchasing, I think it took me a good half hour to decide whether I should or shouldn't purchase this. Obviously I did decide to purchase this, I had been looking at purchasing a new bronzer for a while. I originally wanted the Body Shop Honey Bronzer but it retails for $28 AU and I have yet to find it on sale. I compromised and picked up this bronzer, in my eyes Bourjois can do no wrong, I have not yet found a product by them that I haven't loved. I have read lovely reviews on this bronzer so I know I wont be disappointed. I purchased this in shade 12 for fair/medium skin, although I typically consider my skin tone as olive/tan I have a darker Australis bronzer which looks way too dark on my skin so I decided to play it safe and get the lighter shade. This retails for $30 AU but the sale price was only $18 AU.

Nude By Nature Natural Mineral Cover

This is just a back up product for my makeup stash. I have been using Nude by Nature for a couple years now and have fallen in love with it. My favourite product would be their finishing veil (but I have a huge amount left in my current one) but I also use their natural mineral cover daily, I have this in shade Light/Medium as I found the medium one left my skin looking orange. I usually dust this over my liquid foundation to provide that little bit of extra coverage. This retails for $39.95 AU for 15g which does last a very long time, I paid only $23.97 AU for this.

I also saved money by using my voucher that I recently received from Priceline, I had managed to spend over $500 last quarter (eep) and so I received a lovely voucher for $21.08, even the checkout person was impressed (I blame the skincare and cosmetic 40% off sale having occurred in the previous quarter) so I know that I have been fairly naughty with my spending lately. I will be going on another spending ban and so I will be reviewing products I haven't featured on here before and continue doing posts such as weekly loves and the minis, if you have any ideas for posts let me know!

Love Liz xx
